Swiss QR-Bill Invoice
A two-page Swiss invoice: an itemized coffee-wholesaler bill with VAT-correct totals, followed by a real QR-bill payment slip (structured QRR reference, IBAN, scannable QR code). Compiles via the qrbill class.
