Invoice (CC0)
A distinctively styled invoice (“yet another invoice template”) — a dark accent-color recipient block, footnoted VAT-exemption note, bank details footer. Hand-verified item arithmetic: unlike the other invoice templates in this batch, the upstream table is typed values, not macro-computed. Patched a hard upstream tabu/longtable version-skew crash (see README).
