Freelance Invoice (Simple)

A minimal, unstyled freelance invoice — hourly rows, a fixed-rate item row, and a flat-fee row, with running subtotals and a balance due computed automatically. Distinct from the already-shipped minimal-invoice: a different upstream author/class using dimen-register arithmetic rather than spreadtab.
